RETURNS

You may return any unopened merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of receiving your order.  Before returning merchandise, please notify our Customer Service Department by e-mail so that we may issue a Returns Authorization, which you will include with the package: CUSTOMERSERVICE(at)SAMS247.COM.  Customer is responsible for shipping costs of returned items, except in instances where we are at fault.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. Please notify Customer Service by e-mail: CUSTOMERSERVICE(at)SAMS247.COM.
